I have found the items I would like to rent. What is my next step?
Wonderful! Please contact us via phone or email with the list of items and date of the event. We will check our schedule to confirm if the items are available. If so, we recommend that you confirm the rental as soon as possible by placing a 50% non-refundable deposit and by completing, signing, and returning the rental agreement. The items are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, and most are one-of-a-kind items at this time. So, prompt rental is the best way to insure you get what you wish for! If the item has already been rented by someone for the date of your event, we will happily do our best to recommend something similar or help find something else for you.
Is there a discount for renting a group of pieces?
Please contact us for further pricing information. There is a $350 minimum order requirement for all large-piece rentals with no minimum order for small-piece rentals. Call or email for details.
I know the items I love are available for rent and I am ready to place my deposit. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, money order, or cashier’s check. PayPal is also available and is located on our website.
After I place a deposit, when is the remaining balance due for the rental?
The remaining balance of the total rental amount is due 30 days prior to the date of your event.
Can I pick up the items from your warehouse?
Well, yes and no. Yes, small-piece rentals may be picked up upon approval. No, large-piece rentals are delivery only. Most of these items are delicate in nature due to the pieces being reclaimed and aged. Therefore, we take great care to ensure our rental pieces are prepared and delivered for you with the utmost care.
Since you deliver the items to my event, how far are you able to travel to my event and is there a charge for delivery?
We take great pleasure in transporting our treasures to your special event. We will deliver to the greater Tampa Bay area, including Trinity, Lutz, Land O’Lakes, Dade City, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Delivery is an additional charge for all rentals and is determined based on type and number of pieces being delivered and the distance from our warehouse in Odessa to your event. We do deliver outside of the areas noted above, so contact us for additional delivery charge information.
I realize there is a charge for delivery but is there a charge for the set-up?
Most of our items require some set-up to be completed. Under most circumstances, there is not a set-up fee. However, we do reserve the right to assess each event, and if the set-up conditions require unusual effort (i.e. having to transport items a great distance from delivery vehicle, setting up in more than one general area, etc.) a set-up fee will be assessed based on the unique conditions.
Do you rent the items by the hour, by the day, or per event?
The rental is for the day of the event only. Details of this will be discussed prior to rental agreement completion.
May I see the items prior to renting?
We realize that you are busy making all of those great plans, so we have provided an extensive photo gallery on our website for your convenience.
I am in search of a particular item and did not see it on your website. How can I find it?
This is one of the favorite parts of our job! If we don’t have what you are looking for, please inquire and we will do our best to find it for you. So don’t be shy, go ahead and ask!
Who do you rent these fabulous pieces to?
We offer our services to individuals and also to industry professionals, such as photographers, caterers, wedding coordinators and event managers. If they love it, we will rent it to them!
My event is scheduled for 2 p.m., what time do you deliver?
Most deliveries are scheduled at least 2 hours prior to the event unless other arrangements are made. Additional time needed would require an additional fee. Again, each event is different so we can discuss this further prior to signing the rental agreement.
When do you pick up the rental items?
We will pick up the items immediately after use of the piece or end of the event, depending upon circumstances. Again, details will be outlined at the time of rental.
